  2. ClariNet offers a special subset of full ClariNet service for public
  3. access sites.  Our basic offering provides news at a price a small
  4. public access provider, such as a bulletin board system, can afford.
  5.  
  6. (A "public access provider" is a site which offers accounts to 
  7. outsiders, and in particular to the general public. Some are 
  8. traditional PC-based BBSs, but most are "internet acesss 
  9. providers" and "public access Unix" sites.)
  10.  
  11. The basic public access service includes Newsbytes, Syndicated 
  12. Features, Comics, San Francisco Bay Area news, Matrix News and 
  13. a special report from the Associated Press called AP BulletinLine.
  14.  
  15. AP BulletinLine includes the full sports, entertainment and weather
  16. coverage from AP Online, plus regular summaries of the top stories in
  17. general news, business news and the international scene.

  19. This service does not include news from Reuters or the
  20. individual AP stories in the general, business and international
  21. categories.

  23. The price for this service is $0.40 per user, with a 200 user 
  24. (ie. $80) minimum per month. All active users must be included 
  25. in the count.
